1. Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, experimental methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of composite antioxidants.
This standard is applicable to composite antioxidants composed of antioxidant 3052 and propylene antioxidant 2246, mainly used as antioxidants in synthetic resins, elastomers, adhesives, polymer mixtures, etc.
Antioxidant 3052 Chemical name: 2-tert-butyl-6 (3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) methyl-4-methylphenyl acrylate
Molecular formula: C26H34O3
Relative molecular weight: 394.50
Chemical name of antioxidant 2246: 2,2 '- methylenebis (4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol)
Molecular formula: C23H32O2
Structural formula: 358.54

4. Experimental methods
4.1. Determination of appearance
Visual inspection.
4.2 Determination of initial melting point of dry products
The samples that have undergone the heating reduction test will then undergo a melting point test according to the melting point determination method specified in GB/T11409-2008.
4.3 Determination of Heating Loss
According to the heating loss measurement method specified in GB/T 11409-2008.
The sample is heated and maintained at a temperature of 80 ℃ for 2 hours.
4.4 Determination of Ash Content
According to the ash content determination method specified in GB/T 11409-2008.
The sample is kept at a temperature of 700 ℃ in a high-temperature furnace for 2 hours.
4.5 Determination of sieve residue
According to the dry method in the sieve residue determination method specified in GB/T 11409-2008.
4.6 Determination of Content
chromatography
5. Inspection rules
5.1. Delivery inspection
The composite antioxidant is inspected by the quality inspection department of the production plant. The manufacturer shall ensure that all composite antioxidants produced meet the requirements of this standard.
5.2. Grouping and Sampling
5.2.1. Grouping
A batch of products with uniform quality and accompanied by the same quality certificate.
5.2.2 Sampling
10% of each batch of products shall be sampled, and for small batches, no less than 4 pieces shall be sampled. A sampler shall be used to sample through 3/4 of the material layer. Quickly mix the collected samples and divide them into four parts using the quartering method. Divide them into two clean, dry brown bottles with ground stoppers. Label the bottle with the product name, batch number, and sampling date. One bottle will be sent to the quality inspection department for inspection, and the other bottle will be kept for two months for future reference.
5.3 Judgment Rules
When one of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, double the number of samples should be taken from the same batch of products for retesting of the non-conforming items. If the retesting results still do not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as non-conforming.
6. Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
6.1 Signs
The packaging bag of composite antioxidant should have clear markings, including product name, factory name, address, production date (batch number), shelf life, and net content.
6.2 Packaging
The product is packaged in a light resistant polyethylene bag with an inner lining, and a kraft paper composite bag with a polypropylene inner lining. The inner bag is sealed and the outer bag is sewn together. Packaged in 20kg bags.
6.3 Transportation
The product should be moisture-proof, sun proof, and crack proof during transportation.
4. Storage
The product should be stored indoors in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. The product has a shelf life of two years from the date of production under the storage conditions specified in this standard.
